“Release Your Inner Child” is an intuitive, movement-based painting created through full-body expression and emotional release. Using brushes, hands, and finger painting, the artist allowed her inner child and spirit to guide each stroke in a moment of deep personal transformation. The colors move through a chakra-inspired palette, reflecting emotional healing, spiritual awakening, and the restoration of inner balance. The raw, expressive marks capture a process of breaking free from suppression and returning to authenticity.
